10 Things I learned this weekend;

Number one: that it's good to be there for someone even if your not close to them.
Number two: i don't really like dancing in a closely packed space.

Number three:i'm not like most girls.

Number four: i shouldn't hangout with people who beat around the bush.

Number five: i love adventures.

Number six: it's freaking awesome to see random people at random places.

Number seven: i really miss reading. (so i bought to books today)

Number eight: some guys need to fuck off.

Number nine: i like selling shoes! (got a promotion) yipee!

Number ten: and lastly i seriosly had no time to sleep and need to catch up! (way to action packed)

You know what!

Damn straight, that's exactly what you do.

Nothing comes without a price. So, before you go into battle, you better decide how much you’re willing to lose.

Too often, going after what feels good, means letting go of what you know is right. And letting someone in, means abandoning the walls you’ve spent a lifetime building.

Of course, the toughest sacrifices are the ones we don’t see coming. When we don’t have time to come up with a strategy, to pick a side or to measure the potential loss. When that happens, when the battle chooses us, and not the other way around, that’s when the sacrifice can turn out to be more than we can bear.

Effects of Kissing:

1.Long kisses are beneficial to our circulatory system. When kissing, our pulse rate is quickening up to 110 beats per minute. This is a great training for our cardiovascular system.
2.After kissing, the lungs work harder, resulting in 60 inhales per minute compared to regular 20 inhales. Such “ventilation” is a good preventive measure against lung diseases.
3.Some dentists believe that kissing is a preventive measure against dental caries. Indeed, kissing stimulates the flow of saliva that eliminates acid coat on the teeth.
4.Kisses that last more than three minutes help us fight stress and its effects. Long kisses trigger the chain of biochemical reactions, which destroys stress hormones.
5.Those who kiss their partner goodbye each morning live five years longer than those who don’t.
6.Kissing is great for self-esteem. It makes you feel appreciated and helps your state of mind.
7.Kissing burns calories, 2-3 calories a minute and can double your metabolic rate. Research claims that three passionate kisses a day (at least lasting 20 seconds each) will cause you to loose an entire extra pound.
8.Kissing is a known stress-reliever. Passionate kissing relieves tension, reduces negative energy and produces a sense of well being, lowering your cortisol ‘stress’ hormone.
9.Kissing uses 30 facial muscles and it helps keep the facial muscles tight, preventing baggy cheeks! The tension in the muscles caused by a passionate kiss helps smooth the skin and increases the circulation.
10.Kissing is good for the heart, as it creates an adrenaline which causes your heart to pump more blood around your body. Frequent kissing has scientifically been proven to stabilize cardiovascular activity, decrease blood pressure and cholesterol.
11.Those who kiss quite frequently are less likely to suffer from stomach, bladder and blood infections.
12.During a kiss, natural antibiotics are secreted in the saliva. Also, the saliva contains a type of anesthetic that helps relieve pain.
13.Kissing reduces anxiety and stops the ‘noise’ in your mind. It increases the levels of oxytocin, an extremely calming hormone that produces a feeling of peace.

Hmm, kisses are quite nice.

I've been so so so busy lately. With work and school!
I have wonderful news! I got a promotion. Well I guess you could call it that! hehe. Instead of ringing shoes I get to sell shoes! Yay! And I'm making comission now too. I'm pretty excited. hehe. Today was my first day in action! And I did good! Met my wittle sales goal and everything. hehe.

Besides that I had an awesome weekend, I love Kelly! She's one of my favorite people to hangout with. We always have way to much fun together. Oh and I got to catch up with a few other girlies as well. Which was quite nice. :)

So all and all I had a fairly good weekend. I mean there were some other evens which obviously made my weekend eventful. But where would I be without them.

Deep down.

I sometimes think that people’s hearts are like deep wells. Nobody knows what’s at the bottom. All you can do is imagine by what comes floating to the surface every once in a while.

I'm done.

And I'm done hoping that we can work it out,

Sometimes I just don't understand how people can be so judgemental. I mean each and everyone of us judges. We can't help it, it's how we were raised. And everyone percieves things differently. But what if one day the entire world didn't judge anyone. for once. What do you think would happen? Everyone would smile and greet eachother with kind words. Hold doors open for you as your walking into a building, or maybe people would be so kind they'd by you a cup of coffee just for waiting in line behind them.

It's crazy to think about how many of us judge, but really what if someone is on
their last straw, what if they can't stand their life any longer. What if you performed a random act of kindness each and everyday.

Making someone smile, making someones actual day.

Why don't you try it sometime.



Seriously, that's unbelieveable.
Absolutely no one smiled at him. NO ONE.
Simply one act of random kindness could have saved a person's life.
I always smile. I'm problably the most smiley person you'll ever meet.
If you ever need a smile, please don't hesitate.

So today, pretty much rocked. and lately.. the last couple days have been pretty rockin. Went up to Bachelor, and the sun was shining the runs were groomed, and it was pretty legit.

I'm so happy I'm taking this class, I love going up to the mountain. I just feel like I'm in a whole different world. The snowy slopes are just a totally different scene than eugene, and I love it. I love everything about the snow.

I could cruise all day. seriously. non stop.

So to finish my post.

TODAY FREAKING ROCKED!
Lots of powder, and it snowed like the entire time.

Oh how I missed the snow. It seriously makes my life.
The only thing I would've liked to have happen is
groomed runs? That would've been nice. But since
the groomed the runs last night and it snowed overnight.
It was quite choppy. and to tell you the truth my
wittle leggies are quite sore. hah. I'll deffinetly be
feelin it tomorrow.

Ohhh yes;

Right there with ya sista.

It's crazy how people from accross the globe can feel exactly what your feeling when your feeling it right at this very second. Someone could be thinking about the same thing as you. I wish you could meet with those people and have one huge discussion about the topic. Offering different thoughs or advice as to how to get though what your going through, or how do go about doing something, or even just to ask a question on the subject. Because not everyone know's or has been in the same situation as you. But giving advice is something nice.

I'm so entirely tired of Eugene.
I'm not going to lie.
I really want to move. Like really bad.
I just wish I had an endless fund of money.
That was neverending.

I want to go now. and get away.
But where to? who knows really..
I'd like to point my finger on a map and say
hey, yeah I'm going there. That's the place.
Duces.

Wouldn't it be grand. Ohhh yes yes it would!
Luckily I'm going to the mountain tomorrow.
So that's as close as I get. as to getting away.

next week. I'm hoping they'll use me.

So the other day,

Was a bit crazy at first, I mean it was the first day back to school.
So it's aloud to be.

But something made me oh so happy.
It was the fact that a random stranger gave
me this card. (Below)




I was waiting in line in the theatre building
to ask where my Ballet instructors office was.
And then he was like here you should have this.
